Below are the Summer/Fall Season Schedules of Coached Workouts.

USMS Membership is required to attend PEA and Dover workouts, and is suggested for all. Send a message to coach@greatbaymasters.org with any questions.

REMINDER: Masters Swim Passes are only valid at the issuing pool.  If you would like to drop in at a workout other than the one you have a pass for you will need to pay the Drop-In Rate.  See below for details

        • Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30 PM 
        • New Registration Options, registration opens 8/24 for Portsmouth Residents, 9/8 for non-residents
          • Full Season – $232/$261
          • Monday Only – $106/$120
          • Wednesday Only – $106/$120
          • Daily Pass – $10/$11
            • All swimmers must be pre-registered, NO walk-in registration at front desk
            • When registering please choose your lane group:
              • Lanes 1-2: 50m @ :40-:50
              • Lanes 3-4: 50m @ :50-1:00
              • Lanes 5-6: 50m @ 1:00-1:15
            • Only 1 daily pass per practice per lane group is available

        • All passes are paid via Venmo only
